With a strong clinical foundation as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Vascular Access within the NHS, Noelli developed an exceptional level of precision, anatomical knowledge and attention to detail. Her experience performing advanced, ultrasound-guided procedures in both adult and paediatric settings has shaped her meticulous, safety-led approach, now seamlessly translated into her aesthetic practice.

Driven by a passion for skin health, subtle rejuvenation, and confidence-building treatments, Noelli specialises in delivering natural, refined results. Dr Charmini Bala is the Medical Director of Retriva and is devoted to providing the best possible doctor-led non-surgical treatments in London. 

She joined Retriva because she firmly believes in our holistic approach to aesthetic medicine, combined, where necessary, with the subtle, targeted use of injectables and fillers. Dr Charmini herself specialises in radio frequency and ultrasound aesthetic treatments and loves the fact that Retriva has ensured that all its treatment machines are the latest FDA approved and tested ones from Thermage FLX and Ultherapy. She has experience working in aesthetic clinics alongside aesthetic doctors, developing strong clinical expertise in delivering high-quality treatments and patient care. Iwona is passionate about achieving natural-looking results and takes pride in offering treatments that are tailored to each individual’s needs.
